Debit Card
A friend of mine asked me what other option she could have to pay bills online other than debit card...She does not have one. I told her it would be very convenient especially when you want to shop or pay bills online. I suggested her she must have one. Prepaid Debit cards will be the best for her if she can’t get debit card from her bank. There is no hidden fee, no interest charges or even credit check. They can even do direct deposit from your paycheck to your account. I don’t want to carry large amount of cash with me for safety reason.

Ya. I agree. Prepaid debit cards are a great thing to have if you cant get a debit card from a bank.
Mostly people who are on ChexSystems for overdrafting their account tend to have the most difficulty getting a regular debit card, so they get a prepaid debit card. It is easy to get a prepaid debit card because they can be overdrafted and nearly anyone will qualify for one.
